The wire drawing workshop is part of our manufacturing base. For wire sourcing, discuss the required diameter, material grade and delivery specification.

Bonnell Springs

Individual Bonnell springs form one part of our spring manufacturing range. Spring geometry, wire specification and packing are discussed for each requirement.

Bonnell Spring Units

What products can I discuss with MORLANG?

Finished Bonnell spring, pocket spring and foam mattresses, with roll packing for suitable models. Spring wire and spring components can also be discussed separately.

Can you make mattresses with our brand?

OEM / ODM and private-label cooperation are available. Share your product brief and branding requirements so that the construction, labels and packing can be reviewed together.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the product, dimensions, materials and customisation. Share your intended quantity and product mix for a specific quotation.

Can I request a sample?

Send the model or specification you want to review. Sample availability, cost, packing and delivery arrangements are confirmed for the request.

Can every mattress be compressed and rolled?

Roll packing is assessed for the selected construction. The packing method and recovery requirements must be confirmed before it is offered for an order.

How long will production take?

The schedule is confirmed against the approved specification, material needs, quantity and production availability. There is no single lead time for every order.

Can you meet the requirements of my destination market?

Please identify the destination and any required standards or test reports. Applicable documents and product requirements must be reviewed for the exact model before order confirmation.

Can I buy spring components separately?

Yes. Discuss spring wire, Bonnell springs, Bonnell spring units or pocket spring units, with dimensions and specifications wherever possible.
